If you can think of it, we can custom design it for you. From a picture or a sketch our staff can create a detailed wax pattern for your approval. The wax is cast into the final one-of-a-kind piece of art. Let your imagination go wild. Our fully outfitted shop enables us to manufacture all types and styles of jewelry in 14 karat, 18 karat and platinum.
DESIGN
Start with an idea, a sketch or maybe an existing piece of jewelry that we can use as a starting point. We will then sketch or create a renderings of one or more designs for your approval.
WAX CARVING
Wax models are used both for settling Design details and for production of Cast Pieces. We first create a wax mode using hand carving to create the perfect blend of artistry and detailed perfection. We have highly skilled wax carver available at your service to ensure an artistic touch to your design.
CASTING
Once the design has been approved, the jewelry is now set for casting. We cast most pieces here in our in-house casting facility.
FABRICATION
Many designs have sections of filigree or other hand made elements. We can either show you examples of similar elements for you to choose from or forge and fabricate partial sections of the design.
SETTING
Diamonds and gemstones are meticulously laid out and fitted into the metal which is carefully moved by hand to secure the stones for a lifetime of wear.
FINISHES AND DETAILING
The final stage of the production process includes adding texture, detailing if requested and final polishing and rhodium plating for all white gold jewelry.
